Colorado Chamber of Commerce

John Kellner - Former 18th Judicial District Attorney and Attorney General Candidate

Confident man in a blue suit smiling gently at the camera.

I’m proud to endorse Nate for House District 43.

I had the privilege of serving as District Attorney for the 18th Judicial District and I hired and promoted Nate because I saw firsthand his commitment to justice and his dedication to victims of crime. Public safety isn’t political to Nate — it’s personal. I trusted him to stand in court every day and fight for victims and their families, and he did so with integrity, strength, and compassion.

Today, families in Highlands Ranch and across Colorado are feeling the rise in costs, taxes, fees, and growing concerns about safety in their communities. The decisions made at the State Capitol directly impact both.

This may be a local race, but the consequences are statewide. We need leaders who understand that public safety and affordability go hand in hand — and who have proven they will stand up for victims and for hardworking families.

I trusted Nate in the courtroom. I trust him now to fight for Highlands Ranch and for Colorado.

— John Kellner

He is well-respected and principled, and we are eager to  partner with him as he builds relationships at the Capitol that will position him as a leading, influential voice for the people of HD43 and Coloradans throughout the state.   Electing the right person to serve as a State Representative is a serious responsibility – one that is immensely important to the people of Colorado. Mr. Marsh’s unimpeachable record of community service, integrity, and commitment to public safety has earned him our endorsement.
